On today’s podcast, Jenna and I talk with Lija Hogan, Usability Manager at ForeSee Results. ForeSee is one of the major UX firms around, working for a host of Fortune 500 companies, NGO’s and government institutions. They specialize in “satisfaction analytics”. Using surveys and analytics they can see exactly how users feel about a company’s digital property across all touch points.

Lija works on the analysis side of things developing recommendations and working with clients on UX solutions. In today’s wide-ranging chat, we talk about both sides of the ForeSee ball – testing and analysis, learn about satisfaction analytics, survey questions, and more.
